C-One Consultants Directory

C-One's Consultant Directory is a listing of local and regional consultants and firms with nonprofit management expertise who are available to work with nonprofit organizations in Miami-Dade County.

The Directory is available to C-One clients and members
by calling the C-One Resource Center. We are in the process of upgrading the Consultants Directory to provide easier and improved access.

C-One utilizes the Consultant Directory in two ways:

Referrals: Nonprofits contact C-One when seeking a consultant. Based upon their needs, C-One shares a short list of suitable candidates. Nonprofit leaders contact consultants directly. They build their own capacity to hire and manage consultants.  C-One advises them along the way:

• conduct due diligence prior to hiring any consultant
• seek three bids
• check consultant references
• establish a written contract based upon completed deliverables 

Special initiatives: Funders, government agencies, or large nonrofits contract C-One to coordinate customized services.  C-One recruits, trains, and deploys teams of consultants.

To participate in C-One's Consultant Referral Service
Complete C-One's new Online Registration Form to submit new or updated information to your Directory Profile. You will recieve a confirmation as soon as your information has been received and added to the Directory.

Notice: C-One Membership at the Individual ($100) Level is now required to register as a new Consultant in C-One's Consultants Directory. If you are not yet a C-One member, Click Here to become a member. After your membership has been processed, you are welcome to register as a consultant.
